Kansas City’s favorite 5K supports the 16,000 homeless, abandoned, and often injured pets that will arrive at KC Pet Project this year.

This event has sold out for a 3rd year in a row!

*Please note, while this event supports pets in our community, we ask that you leave your 4 legged friends at home (with the exception of service animals). We will have some shelter pets on the route of the race for our participants to see.*

You can park in the paved parking lot south of Starlight theater, there are entrances to this parking lot on Mall Drive and Zoo Drive.
